Job Title: Learner Development Officer
Pathway Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Learner Development Officer to join our dynamic team

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting learners with valuable resources and networks to amplify their career prospects. They will lead engaging workshops and provide coaching to enhance learner employability, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to building partnerships and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Job Description:
