Role Overview

The Youth Development Officer will play a key role in supporting opportunities for learners to progress onto other programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client organisations across England and contribute to their workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate data records and ensuring deadlines are met for KPIs.
  • Providing information and guidance to current apprentices on their career opportunities.
  • Setting and achieving performance targets and managing KPIs.
  • Identifying and resolving issues for learners at risk of withdrawing from a program, along with timely intervention for disengaged learners.

  • An estimated salary of £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
