We are seeking an Associate Director of Learner Engagement to lead innovative programs designed to support medical learners on their journey to becoming exceptional healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in student affairs or learner engagement within a medical education environment.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
