About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Learner Engagement Manager to join our team at Tudor Employment Agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping adults develop their skills and improve their career prospects.

As a Learner Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit learners for Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded training courses. You will focus on developing relationships with external referral partners and proactively sourcing learners from various channels.

Learner Recruitment & Enrolment:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external referral partners, including Job Centres, local authorities, community organisations, and employment agencies.
  • Identify and engage with learners from various sources, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria for government-funded training programmes.
  • Accurately record and manage learner recruitment and enrolment data, adhering to compliance and audit requirements.

Business Development & Employer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and approach new employers who can offer job opportunities for candidates completing our programmes.
  • Contribute to building partnerships with employers across various sectors to create opportunities for learners, including apprenticeships, internships, or permanent roles.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Provide regular updates and reports on learner recruitment progress to the Business Development Manager.
  • E nsure adherence to relevant regulations and funding requirements related to AEB-funded programmes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, learner engagement, or business development, preferably within the adult education or training sector.
  • Knowledge of Adult Education Budget (AEB) funding and its associated eligibility requirements is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, particularly in ensuring compliance with enrolment and funding paperwork.
  • A empathetic and supportive approach to working with adult learners, especially those facing barriers to employment.

Qualifications:

  • A background in recruitment, sales, business development, or education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult education funding models and compliance is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.
