Learner Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enrolment and Business Development Officer to play a key role in recruiting learners for Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded training courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Learner Recruitment & Enrolment:
- Build strong relationships with external referral partners to secure learner placements.
- Proactively identify and recruit learners from diverse sources, ensuring eligibility for government-funded training.
- Maintain accurate records of learner recruitment and enrolment, adhering to compliance standards.
- Business Development & Employer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop new employer relationships.
- Establish partnerships with employers to create job opportunities for programme completers.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Regularly update the Business Development Manager on learner recruitment progress.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and funding requirements.
This is a permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
