About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our School as the Associate Director of Learner Well-being. This new role will shape and implement innovative well-being programs to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for learners pursuing medical education.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate and strategic advocate for learner well-being and mental health, preferably through program delivery in medical or health-related education. With an understanding of privacy regulations and accreditation requirements, they possess extensive experience developing evidence-based policies and initiatives that promote inclusion, resilience, and balance.

They thrive as data-driven decision-makers with a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for all learner communities. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
