About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to lead our residential centre in Oxford during the summer months.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To direct and manage a team of staff members, focusing on student welfare and academic success.
  • To coordinate and implement effective activities and excursions, promoting cultural exchange and language learning.
  • To maintain strong relationships with parents, group leaders, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • To manage centre resources and budget, ensuring efficient use of funds.

Requirements:

  • A degree in education or a related field, with significant experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
