Associate Director of Student Support

The Associate Director of Learner Well-being will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learner support programs, with a focus on fostering a culture of well-being and inclusivity within the school. This includes:
- Designing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and other educational programs to promote learner well-being and mental health.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with faculty members, staff, and students to develop and implement strategies to improve learner well-being and retention.
Applicants should hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, Educational Leadership or a related field, and have 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing learner support programs.
A strong understanding of learner development theories, mental health frameworks, well-being models, and accreditation requirements is also required. Furthermore, knowledge of learner rights and regulations regarding confidentiality, reporting, accommodations, and concessions is necessary for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a defined benefit pension plan, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
