Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced education professional to lead our Student Success team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in educational management, particularly in widening participation settings. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student recruitment, outcomes, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop projects and activities related to student educational experiences, identifying and documenting processes and outcomes that support ESL's aims and objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the enhancement of student recruitment, student outcomes, and satisfaction, including streamlining all related systems and processes.
  • Contribute to ESL evaluation and enhancement processes by offering foresight and adopting a proactive and team-based approach to continuous improvement.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
