Job Title: Student Success Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £14,678 per annum

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring students with additional support needs achieve their full potential. Based in Hounslow (TW7), Philosophy Education invites applications from experienced professionals with a passion for making a difference.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff, and demonstrate a deep understanding of SEND and challenging behaviors. A relevant qualification, such as Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above, is highly desirable.

About the Role:

  • Craft personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Liaise with teaching staff to develop targeted interventions and strategies.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and approach when interacting with students.
  • Draw upon prior experience working with students with Autism, Dyslexia, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
