As a Student Success Coach at FindTutors, you will play a vital role in empowering students to overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.

About the Role

This part-time, remote position offers the flexibility to support students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. You will provide one-on-one coaching sessions via online platforms, focusing on areas such as academic development, career guidance, and personal growth.

Your tasks will include:

  • Helping students set and work towards meaningful goals, leveraging your expertise in goal-setting and achievement strategies.
  • Developing personalized plans to enhance students' confidence, resilience, and study habits, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Offering mentorship and advice on time management, stress management, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Fostering open communication and building trust with students, promoting self-awareness and empowerment.
About You

We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. As a reliable and adaptable coach, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a willingness to learn and grow alongside our students.
  • A flexible schedule and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in coaching practice.
Compensation

You will be compensated between £20 and £40 per hour, providing a competitive income for this rewarding role.
