As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving client success and growth at Student Beans. Your primary responsibility will be to support the account management team in enabling clients to understand the value that our company brings to their business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our brands to understand their goals and aims through success planning workshops.
  • Updating our clients on progress, using monthly and quarterly business reviews to maintain accountability and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Identifying revenue opportunities for the account management team by leveraging your customer knowledge.
  • Ensuring the best standard of contact and planning to mitigate any issues that may lead to client churn.
  • Leveraging your knowledge and relationship with the customer to identify expansion opportunities for the account management team.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a B2B customer success role.
  • Comfortable using data to make informed decisions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work towards team targets and OKRs.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
