About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student accommodations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services, fostering a positive community, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by coaching, developing, and motivating staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Implement proactive people planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication, issue resolution, and quality service delivery
  • Oversee leasing performance and manage cluster budgets to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular financial performance reviews and maintain accurate records of site expenditure
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance site performance, balancing scorecard metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including universities, education providers, and local authorities
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • A generous benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, discretionary bonus scheme, pension matching up to 8%, life assurance, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, and gym discounts
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience in a similar role or industry (hotel, gym, restaurant, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams, driving performance and achievement
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices
