Classroom Educator with a Focus on Student Success

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our team at Future Education. As a classroom educator, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for future success.
The role involves developing and implementing effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to drive school improvement.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Lesson Plans: You will create engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.
- Assess Student Progress: Regular assessments will help you monitor student progress and inform future teaching strategies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): We require applicants with QTS or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience Teaching Key Stage 2 Students: A proven track record of teaching this age group is essential.
- Differentiated Instruction: Experience with differentiated instruction and special education needs is highly desirable.
- Leadership Potential: The ability to take on leadership roles and contribute to school-wide initiatives is a plus.
