We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at ClassRoom Support, an established SEN School based in London. Job Description

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that SEN Students receive the appropriate quality education they need. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students with SEN.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid DBS certificate.
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • The ability to adapt teaching materials and methods to suit the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Participation in training and professional development opportunities to enhance SEN knowledge and skills.
