Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - SEN Support Role. The successful candidate will support the educational and social development of students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with autism.
- Foster a positive learning environment through effective communication and engagement with students.
- Provide care and supervision for students, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.
- Collaborate with educational staff to enhance teaching strategies and support student learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and empathetic individual.
- Hard working and dependable person.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.
