Job Title: SEN Specialist Assistant Teacher

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

As a SEN Specialist Assistant Teacher at Reeson Education, you will play a vital role in supporting the inclusion and development of students with special educational needs. You will contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
  2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies outlined by the SENCo.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Relevant qualifications in Special Education or related field.
  2. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
  3. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
