About the Role

Join us as an Associate Director of Learner Well-being at Simon Fraser University School of Medicine. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of medical education by designing and implementing well-being programs that foster a supportive learning environment.

A strong background in counseling, social work, public health, psychology, educational leadership or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing learner support programs, is essential for success in this position.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a collaborative team, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a defined benefit pension plan.
