Support for Vulnerable Learners

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable learners? Teach360 has an exciting opportunity for a Support for Vulnerable Learners professional to join our team in Tower Hamlets.
About the Opportunity:This role requires an individual with experience working with challenging behaviour, a passion for supporting students with complex needs, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCos, and families to develop effective strategies for improved pupil behaviour and academic success.
The estimated salary for this role is £95-£125 per day, reflecting the importance of the position and the need for a qualified individual to succeed. A full-time commitment from Monday to Friday is required, as well as an enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to targeted students
- Develop strategies for improved pupil behaviour to enhance academic success
- Create action plans for learners as part of the learning process
- Liaise regularly with SENCos to track student progress
- Monitor student behaviour and track progress
- Pursue liaison with families to provide additional support
- Collaborate with pupils on managing challenging behaviours
- Establish an action plan outlining the goals and objectives of the mentoring program
