Education Specialist for Vulnerable Learners

We are seeking experienced teaching professionals to provide high-quality support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Norfolk. As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and holistic tuition sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our learners.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive pay rates and flexible working arrangements to ensure your financial stability and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized tutoring sessions tailored to each learner's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS or QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a SEND setting.
- Experience working with vulnerable learners, including those with SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs.
