We are a child-centred company dedicated to transforming support for young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our mission is to provide exceptional educational support that empowers students to reach their full potential.

As an SEN/SEND Tutor, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Support Team to deliver tailored tuition that meets the unique needs of each student. You will create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering 1:1 tuition to disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in a supportive and stimulating environment.
  • Developing and implementing holistic lesson plans that address the social, emotional, and academic needs of each student.
  • Collaborating with our Support Team to ensure seamless communication and consistent support for students.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS).
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience, with a proven track record of working with students with SEND.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
