Learner Support Coordinator

The LTE Group is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Support Assistant.
About the RoleThis role involves working with learners, promoting education provision, and conducting assessments to ensure a smooth transition to the community. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, a willingness to work towards level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy, and a flexible approach to the curriculum.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive training program, opportunities for progression, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities- Working with individuals and groups to promote learning and support learners in their journey
- Conducting assessments to ensure a smooth transition to the community
- Providing guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their goals
