Job Description:
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the teaching team in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist teachers in creating and implementing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- To establish positive relationships with pupils, promoting social and emotional development
- To contribute to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working with young children or in an educational capacity
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents
- A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Estimated Salary:
£85-£105 per day (dependent on experience)
