Account Development Manager

We're looking for a talented Account Development Manager to join our team at Pure Storage, Inc. in Staines or London.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
To succeed as an Account Development Manager, you'll need:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful account plans.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with customers and drive long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams to drive collaboration and execution.
- Experience in outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in the Public Sector Enterprise/Central Government.
You will be based in Staines or London and expected to work from the office 3 days a week. We offer a hybrid work policy that allows for flexibility during periods of varying business needs.
