Results-Driven Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Results-Driven Account Manager to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a Results-Driven Account Manager, you will be responsible for supervising recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, selecting candidates, and finalising agreements between employers and new recruits.
In addition to your recruitment expertise, you will also be responsible for continuous business development, acquiring new customers, and designing search plans, mapping, and headhunting strategies.
You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
