As a key member of our Endocrine & Diabetic team, the Endocrine & Diabetic Team Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • TRAK appointment management and SCI Diabetes data updates.
  • Telephone and email support for patients and staff.
  • Meeting minute preparation and distribution.
  • Unit reception cover as needed.
  • DSN telephone helpline assistance.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. A background in medical administration or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
