Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in the Scotland East region on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

This role requires a motivated and organized individual who will ensure that effective administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management, and customer service are provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan regional events
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage regional visas
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage regional complaints and ensure response times are adhered to
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur and Salesforce is an advantage
  • Demonstrate a flexible and willing working attitude
  • Available for travel

The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (2016), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Must provide evidence of permanent residency in the UK without restriction prior to commencing employment.
