Job Title: Director's Support Officer
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Director's Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the director's diary, coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records;
- Draft documents, including letters, meeting minutes, and reports, while handling confidential information with discretion;
- Schedule appointments, prepare travel arrangements, and book hotels and tickets as required;
- Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement team on PR/PO raising, invoice receiving, and expense claiming;
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology, with a focus on Management or specialized qualifications preferred;
- Excellent language skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese essential;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design software (Photoshop, AI, ID);
- Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism;
- Able to handle multiple tasks systematically, with attention to detail and efficiency;
Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
