The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is seeking a Directorate Support Professional to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of the RPS Scotland Directorate, you will support the strategic leadership of the team and contribute to policy development and professional support in Scotland.

You will work closely with the Director for Scotland and the Country teams in England and Wales to develop GB-wide policy or focus on country-specific health policies that reflect the work plan of the Boards. This requires creating an operational approach that ensures the organization's strategy is delivered and collaborating with other functional directorates.

The ideal candidate will have a broad experience of or knowledge of pharmacy professional affairs and practice in Scotland, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. A registered pharmacist with a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and preferably a postgraduate qualification in pharmacy improvement or management is desired.

A salary of £61,750 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered. You will also receive flexible working options, including the ability to work from home and attend meetings at the Scotland office or other locations as required.
