Duties and Responsibilities
  • You will provide administrative support to directors, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling daily tasks.
  • Manage diaries and inboxes, plan regional events, and process monthly expenses with high accuracy.
  • Maintain travel arrangements, manage regional visas, and utilize Salesforce for complaint management with expertise.
  • Organize filing systems and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • You should have experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Your ability to work at different levels of the organization will be highly valued.
Skills and Tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite (2016) is a must-have, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • SAP Concur and Salesforce experience is an advantage, demonstrating your proficiency in these tools.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
