The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Student Support Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will be passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with students and their families to ensure they thrive in a busy, diverse, and high-attaining environment.

You will collaborate with the Wellbeing and Support for Learning teams to address social and emotional needs, with a particular emphasis on supporting students from armed forces backgrounds. A positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to working with students, especially those with additional support needs, are essential.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training to excel in this role.

Requirements

We seek individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in a similar role or related field is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time and sessional hours). In addition to competitive pay, we offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
