About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Pareto, a leading Managed Services Provider. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6 months of sales experience in B2B, preferably in Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS
  • Degree-level education
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
