Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Pareto, a leading Managed Services Provider. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives
Requirements:
- 6 months of sales experience in B2B, preferably in Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS
- Degree-level education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £40,000, with the potential to earn up to £100,000 with OTE/commission
