Business Development Director

Niyaa People Ltd is a leading provider of consultancy services, and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Director - South to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Maintenance (commercial preferably) and an understanding of profit & loss. They will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and have a willingness to learn Workbench.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 + Company Van, flexible working schedule, and bonus scheme based on KPIs. The successful candidate will also receive support with qualifications and progression opportunities within the company.
