Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Director to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our customer service efforts and ensuring that all our Home Owners receive exceptional care and attention.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth through excellent customer relationships.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer service strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, a day off on your Birthday, Life Assurance, Eye Care reimbursement, Colleague Introduction reward scheme, Professional development and qualifications, Thorough induction and ongoing training, and Immensely rewarding work.
