Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support the store's operations in Solihull, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge and advice to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment to maintain a positive image.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems to efficiently manage sales and stock.
