About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our luxury sales efforts in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales and retaining existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and aircraft owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota targets and drive business growth;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity and NetJets' affinity partnerships;
  • Promote NetJets' products and services to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams;
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Owner Services to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional customer service;
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems to manage prospect and owner data, sales forecasts, and territory business plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury sales or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of sales success;
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and the full range of NetJets products and services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers;
  • Fluency in local language (English) and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
