Sales Director, Luxury Hotels

Small Luxury Hotels of the World Limited is a leading luxury hotel chain with a global presence. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager, Sales.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create business partnerships with SLH hotels and formulate business plans to increase revenue through various distribution channels.
- Maintain and grow comprehensive databases of key clients in EMEA and build niche databases of luxury travel clients in new markets.
- Work closely with the event manager to manage road shows, showcases, third-party events, and trade shows in EMEA.
- Monitor competitive activities and implement proactive sales initiatives to improve market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate and leisure sectors.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Sabre/SynXis, and Cvent.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
