Job Title: Luxury Sales Director

About the Role:

Auxeris is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the luxury market.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business, focusing on the luxury hotel, retail, and gifting markets.
  • Deliver key specified company objectives in terms of profitability, service, and brand.
  • Report to Directors on a regular basis, providing updates on sales performance and market trends.
  • Manage allocations at a state, distributor, and account level to optimize gross margin and brand equity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience within a premium brand in the F&B, FMCG, or Hospitality sector.
  • A significant network of contacts in HoReCa.
  • Experience in managing tenders and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
