We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Automotive Sales Director to join our team at H.R. Owen, the UK's leading luxury automotive dealer group. Based in Surrey, this role will involve working with Bentley and driving sales success through effective leadership and customer service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Sales Manager with a prestige or premium vehicle brand, with a proven track record of sales success. They will also have knowledge of finance, general insurance, and other products related to the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues, manufacturers, finance companies, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively with sales staff to ensure maximum commitment and motivation.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
