Job Overview

Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Luxury Sales Director in London. This high-profile role will require the ability to manage client relationships, represent and maintain the brand's image, and oversee the full order process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be sales-driven, and possess strong communication abilities to effectively interact with key clients.

About the Role
  • Briefing and welcoming clients to the showroom
  • Maintaining the CRM system for seamless communication
  • Ensuring the high standard of the showroom at all times
  • Handling the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Coordinating sampling and shipping processes
  • Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through previous roles
  • Taking ownership and initiative to ensure the showroom operates efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working on a Mac
Benefits and Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from £40k-50k per annum + commission, making this an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to excel in a luxury interiors business.

This role is based in London and requires full-time attendance Monday – Friday in office.
