About the Role:
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a successful luxury business to find a Sales Director for their Skincare Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in the luxury market. The role involves driving growth and profitability for store and online beauty sales, both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new partners and territories for potential success
* Manage and mentor a Key Account Manager
* Negotiate and secure partnerships with premium retailers
* Provide detailed sales forecasts and set performance goals and KPIs
* Deliver a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the company strategy and yearly growth plans
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in the luxury market

* Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex problem-solving
