Role Overview

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for delivering sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
  • Lead by example, protecting the equity of Coty brands and adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Coty in-store team and retailer staff and management
  • Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
  • Build relationships with customers to influence and sell Coty products

About the Team

The Retail team is a diverse and dynamic group of individuals who are passionate about skincare and luxury brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work closely with the Lancaster Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and other departments to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Experience in skincare industry
  • Strong sales background and ability to manage targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships with in-store retail teams
  • Flagship store experience is desirable
