Job Description

The role of the Sales Director Luxury Sales at Executive Jet Management, Inc. involves generating new business sales in respect of NetJets Fractional Shares, Leases and Jet Card Programmes to our key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and Aircraft Owners in order to achieve quota for your specific territory.

In this position, you will be required to secure the sale of renewals, trades and add-on's to existing NetJets Owners through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services;
  • Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network;
  • Retail and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner;
  • Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems;
  • Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

This is a challenging role requiring a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury sales market and be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can join our team as a Business Development Manager NetJets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the luxury aviation market.

In this role, you will be working closely with our existing client base to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
