About You

We are looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Director to lead our luxury retail sales team in Greater London.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a store management role in luxury goods, jewellery, or fashion, multi-site retail environment
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
  • A solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, and Merchandising on retail store level

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing sustainable sales performance within your district and ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the annual plans of stores while ensuring tactical and fiscal integrity
  • Securing retention of high performers and top talents across the organization
  • Providing feedback loops and reviews on own and partner stores

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range between £60,000-£80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
