About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Complaints and Information Manager - Children and Adults Services to join the expanding team at the London Borough of Harrow.

Key Duties
  1. Supervise and manage the Complaints and FOI team, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex cases.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes and outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with senior management teams to resolve sensitive complaints and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  4. Manage the External Investigating Officers (IO) and Independent Persons (IP) Pool, ensuring effective use of resources.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure staff are adhering to procedures and protocols.
Essential Skills

A strong understanding of Adult and Children's Social Care provision, including relevant legislation and regulations, is crucial for this position.
