We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Complaints Team Manager. As a key member of our Oversight department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the complaints team, ensuring that all complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complaints handling, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments. You will also need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements and the ability to communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
