The Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Carwow Sell My Car team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service and account management. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll oversee the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with priority dealers, ensuring their needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the team's performance and productivity, and implement actions to address these areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, offering regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing teams, preferably in sales or customer service, is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and account management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
