The Role
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service and account management. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with priority dealers, ensuring their needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Identify areas for improvement in the team's performance and productivity, and implement actions to address these areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, offering regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
- Understand priority accounts in detail, analysing and evaluating their performance to determine what is working well and what is not.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the team has the resources and support needed to meet their targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure continuous improvement and evolution.
Requirements
- Experience in managing teams, preferably in sales or customer service, is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of customer service and account management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
