Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Wealth Partnerships Developer to join our Asset Management team. The successful candidate will work closely with client coverage teams to expand and deepen our wealth partnerships across EMEA, supporting the sales, marketing, and ongoing client support for alternative investments offered by our firm through third-party intermediaries.

  1. Collaborate with client coverage teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to expand our wealth partnerships across EMEA.
  2. Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our alternative investment strategies to distributors and their client advisors, ensuring effective market positioning and communication.
  3. Work closely with our Alternative Capital Formation team to integrate product specialists into client relationships as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of our products to clients.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge among distributors and their client advisors, driving growth and revenue.
  5. Contribute to thought-leadership and content-generation initiatives to position our firm as a leader in the asset management industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders and promote our alternative investment strategies.
  • Proficiency in European languages, preferably Spanish, Italian, German, or French.
  • A deep understanding of alternative investment strategies and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and proven experience delivering high levels of accuracy.
  • A willingness to take on more responsibility over time and demonstrate a self-motivated approach to work.
