About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EmEA Sustainability Partnerships Growth Specialist to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering the Accredited Solutions Provider (ASP) program in the EMEA region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the nonprofit or sustainability sector. They should have a strong track record of building sales pipelines, securing partnerships, up-selling renewals, and hitting ambitious revenue targets.

  • Account management of around 15 partner companies in the EMEA region, including sales pipeline building, outreach and conversion; assist in providing networking opportunities for partners.
  • Responsibility for achieving annual EMEA ASP revenue target of $1m+ to contribute to CDP's essential sustainability mission.
Requirements
  • Professional experience: at least 3 years' experience in sales management, ideally within the EMEA nonprofit or sustainability sector, with a strong track record of building sales pipelines, securing partnerships, up-selling renewals, and hitting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Language skills: fluent proficiency in English, verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
  • Regional knowledge: in-depth understanding of the EMEA sustainability landscape, including regulatory and economic considerations relevant to the sustainability sector.
  • Project management: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain admin, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Proficiency in German and another EMEA language.
  • Experience in D365 or other CRM and data analysis tools.

This is a full-time role based at CDP's Berlin office reporting to the Head of ASP Partnerships (London-based). The salary is competitive, dependent on experience, with a minimum estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum. Additional benefits include:
